These are the terms of participation in the "Road to Sochi Media Tourney: Deposit Ticket" promotion ("Promotion"), conducted by the operator ("PokerPlanets") of this website, client application with graphical user interface, and mobile application ("Website"). Your continued use of the Website signifies full agreement with the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Participants in the Promotion must be at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever is greater). At any time, you may be required to provide PokerPlanets (or a third party on behalf of PokerPlanets) with a government-issued ID (passport or other valid photo ID) to verify your age and/or identity. Players who are unable to provide such proof upon request will be disqualified from the Promotion and barred from accessing the Website.

2. By participating in the Promotion, you grant PokerPlanets the right to use your username, likeness, voice, and photographs for marketing and advertising purposes in any media without any compensation and expressly waive any claims against PokerPlanets in this regard.

3. Employees and relatives of employees of PokerPlanets, as well as any individuals who are partners or otherwise connected to PokerPlanets, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. In this context, "relative" means spouse, partner, parent, child, sibling, or sibling-in-law.

4. By participating in the Promotion, you release PokerPlanets, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for any damage received in connection with participation in the Promotion.

5. PokerPlanets reserves the right to modify these Promotion terms at any time at its sole discretion, including canceling, altering, or postponing the Promotion if PokerPlanets believes that the Promotion cannot be conducted in accordance with the described terms.

6. Participants in the Promotion must adhere to all policies and rules of PokerPlanets, as published on the Website.

7. Strict rules on multi-account play will apply during the Promotion. PokerPlanets reserves the right to disqualify any player suspected of participating in the Promotion using multiple accounts. The decision on the penalty for violating these terms will be made by PokerPlanets.

8. The Promotion starts on October 9, 2026 at 12:00 (UTC+3) and ends on October 14, 2026 at 21:20 (UTC+3) (the "Promotion Period").

9. The Promotion applies to a real money deposit made by the player during the Promotion Period (the "Qualifying Deposit"). The minimum Qualifying Deposit is 30 (thirty) USD (or the equivalent amount in another currency).

10. Only a single payment of at least the minimum Qualifying Deposit amount is recognized as a Qualifying Deposit. Multiple deposits are not combined.

11. For the purposes of this Promotion, Qualifying Deposits do not include funds received from transfers between players, as well as any funds received from promotional activities (whether our own or third-party promotions, if applicable), freerolls, and similar sources.

12. There is no limit to the maximum Qualifying Deposit a player may make to participate in the Promotion.

13. To participate in the Promotion, a player making a Qualifying Deposit must click the "Opt in" button on the Promotion card on the Promo page of the Website. If this action is not performed, such deposit will not be considered a Qualifying Deposit for the purposes of this Promotion.

14. Upon fulfilling these conditions, the player is credited with a bonus: 1 (one) ticket to the Road to Sochi Media Tourney with a nominal value of 5.50 (five and a half) USD (the "Bonus"). The Bonus is credited only once per player, regardless of the number of Qualifying Deposits made during the Promotion Period.

15. Terms of use for the ticket:

- the ticket is valid only for the Road to Sochi Media Tourney, which will be held on October 14, 2026 at 20:00 (UTC+3);

- the ticket is valid until the end of late registration for the Road to Sochi Media Tourney;

- if the ticket is not used within this period, it is forfeited;

- the ticket is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be sold.

16. If the winner of the Road to Sochi Media Tourney does not take part in the media tournament in Sochi on October 21, 2026, their place in the media tournament will be transferred to another participant at the organizers’ discretion.

17. Only the player whose details are registered in the Account is eligible to receive the Bonus under this Promotion. This rule applies to each IP address and/or device.

18. A player has no right to obligate PokerPlanets to fulfill any contract terms or reimburse any expenses or costs without prior written permission from PokerPlanets.

19. In the event of disputes regarding eligibility, receipt of the Bonus, and these participation terms, the final decision will be made by the management of PokerPlanets. Such a decision is binding and not subject to appeal by the participant or any third party.

20. These Promotion terms and any related matters are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Curaçao.
