These are the terms of participation in the PokerPlanets Rewards loyalty program ("PokerPlanets Rewards"), conducted by the operator ("PokerPlanets") of this website, client application with graphical user interface, and mobile application ("Website"). Your continued use of the Website signifies full agreement with the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Participants of PokerPlanets Rewards must be at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever is greater). At any time, you may be required to provide PokerPlanets (or a third party on behalf of PokerPlanets) with a government-issued ID (passport or other valid photo ID) to verify your age and/or identity. Players who are unable to provide such proof upon request will be disqualified from PokerPlanets Rewards and barred from accessing the Website.
2. By participating in PokerPlanets Rewards, you grant PokerPlanets the right to use your name, likeness, voice, and photographs for marketing and advertising purposes in any media without any compensation and expressly waive any claims against PokerPlanets in this regard.
3. Employees and relatives of employees of PokerPlanets, as well as any individuals who are partners or otherwise connected to PokerPlanets, are not eligible to participate in PokerPlanets Rewards. In this context, "relative" means spouse, partner, parent, child, sibling, or sibling-in-law.
4. By participating in PokerPlanets Rewards, you release PokerPlanets, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for any damage received in connection with participation in PokerPlanets Rewards.
5. PokerPlanets reserves the right to modify these PokerPlanets Rewards terms at any time at its sole discretion, including canceling, altering, or postponing PokerPlanets Rewards if PokerPlanets believes that PokerPlanets Rewards cannot be conducted in accordance with the described terms.
6. Participants of PokerPlanets Rewards must adhere to all policies and rules of PokerPlanets, as published on the Website.
7. Strict rules on multi-account play will apply during PokerPlanets Rewards. PokerPlanets reserves the right to disqualify any player suspected of participating in PokerPlanets Rewards using multiple accounts. The decision on the penalty for violating these terms will be made by PokerPlanets.
8. PokerPlanets Rewards automatically applies to all players who have made at least one deposit and play real money poker games on the Website.
9. By playing real money poker, the player earns poker-points and fills their progress bar, advancing to the next level upon completion. During progress, the player can open chests and receive the rewards contained within, corresponding to a specific percentage of cashback on the rake and tournament fees previously paid by the player in poker games ("Cashback"). This information is displayed in the "PokerPlanets Rewards" section of the Website.
10. Poker-points are awarded for participation in cash games and tournaments.
- In cash games, poker-points are awarded based on the amount of rake paid by the winner of the hand and are distributed among all participants proportionally to their share of the total pot.
- In tournaments, poker-points are awarded for every 1 (one) US cent of the tournament fee paid by the player.
A player receives 1 (one) poker-point for each 1 (one) US cent counted as their share of the rake or tournament fee.
11. If within 28 (twenty-eight) calendar days the player's progress does not reach any chest, their progress bar will be reset. In such cases, the player will automatically move down to the previous level, except for the starting level, where demotion is not possible.
12. After the progress bar reaches a chest, the player has 28 (twenty-eight) calendar days to open it and claim the corresponding reward. Chests and the rewards contained within them that are not opened within the specified period will be canceled.
13. After opening the chest, the reward contained in it is credited to the player's Account.
14. Rewards within PokerPlanets Rewards cannot be transferred, exchanged, or sold.
15. A player may opt-out of PokerPlanets Rewards at any time by contacting our support team.
16. A player has no right to obligate PokerPlanets to fulfill any contract terms or reimburse any expenses or costs without prior written permission from PokerPlanets.
17. Participation in PokerPlanets Rewards and all associated benefits are at PokerPlanets' sole discretion. PokerPlanets reserves the right to change the terms, privileges, or cancel them entirely at any time.
18. In the event of disputes regarding these terms, eligibility, prize distribution, the final decision will be made by the management of PokerPlanets. Such a decision is final and binding and not subject to appeal by the participant or any third party.
19. These PokerPlanets Rewards terms and any related matters are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Curaçao.
